Drama enables young children to develop their imagination, their love of stories and offers them the opportunity to explore new ideas.
Our drama sessions cater for children from 2 years of age. We structure our sessions carefully to ensure all the children can join in and enjoy experimenting with drama techniques.
Story-telling: we read a favourite story. Using mime, dressing up and role play the children can become their favourite characters.
Imagniative play: we jump over rainbows to new lands, or take trips on magic carpets to undiscovered worlds.
Pretending: using props and our imaginations we can pretend to be whatever we want to be.
We use music and song throughout our drama sessions to encourage young children to become involved and think about new ideas
